Hi, it’s Ben from Freya again, here to share a little bit about the importance of domain knowledge when it comes to software projects. We found that it’s super critical to have the right domain knowledge for any project. Certainly that’s the case when it comes to defense aviation and logistics projects. We have a lot of that domain experience on our team, but we’ve also found that we can draw that in from a customer team with what we call a “subject matter expert”; somebody who knows all about the domain. At that point it’s all about tight communications, working together closely with somebody who really knows how the system works. As long as we create a good rapport between the two of us we can really get to the end result.
